He was predeceased by: his mother Dixie Warehouse; his wife Karen; his parent Berry; and his sisters, Pauline, Margaret and Wilma.
He is survived by: his children, Brian (Amanda) and Tristan (Josh); his grandchildren, Brandon (Cassidy), Hunter (Denise), May, Faith and Aryien; his great grandchildren, Bennett, Lola and Gwenavere; his sister Carol (Wayne); and his close friend Gail Webb.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Fraternal Order of Eagles (3501 College Dr #3610, Jeffersontown, KY 40299).
