He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Morales Sr. and Evangelista Malagué; his sister Carmen Ramos; his brother-in-law Erwin Ramos; and his mother-in-law Margarita Cestero Laracuente.

He is survived by: his wife Melitona "Noemi" Morales; his children, Claudine Morales and William Morales Sr.; his grandchildren, William Morales Jr., Ariana Ruiz and Caiden Misla; and his brother William Morales.
