He was predeceased by: his parents, James Buford Locklar and Mildred Andrews Locklar; his wife Gloria Harper Locklar; and his sister Glenda Locklar Adams. He is survived by: his son Johnny Mack Locklar Jr. (Nora); and his stepchildren, Thomas William Blair Jr. (Theresa), Jennifer Leigh Blair Butler (Jeffrey) and Eric Wayne Blair (Crissy). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
