He is survived by: his wife Sharen Scherger (Gottlieb); his child Lindsey Scherger Gray (Ian); his grandsons, Connor and Garrett Gray; and his siblings, Susan Gonzalez (Freddy), Greg Scherger (Tracy) and Chris Scherger (Kelly). He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
