He is survived by: his father Giles Mac Cecil; his wife Helen Asbury Cecil; his children, Beverly Donovan (Steve) of Hickory and Kevin Cecil of DeBary, FL; his grandchildren, Derek (Ashley), Teren, Kendall and Carter; his sisters, Betty Messink (Bill), Leona Walker (Everett), Mary Church (Dale) and Louise Sanders (Wayne); and his sisters-in-law, Brenda Kiser and Barbara Brown. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ralph's memory to Volusia County Baptist Church, 261 S. Orange Ave, Orange City, Florida, 32763.
