He is survived by: his former wife Melissa; his sons, Dominic (Katie) of Orlando and Anthony (Lexi) of Orlando; and his siblings, Thomas Peter Pascuzzo of Coconut Creek, Florida, Jacqueline LaPolla of Pompano Beach and Angela Giannavola of Annandale. He is also survived by many cousins, friends.
