He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Thomas Campbell and Naomi Elizabeth Calhoun. He is survived by: his wife Susan Jennifer Campbell; his brother Barry C. Campbell; his children, Adam Brent Campbell and Megan Jo Campbell; and his grandchildren, Elliot James Campbell and Oak Wilder Lieb.
