She is survived by: her children, Marsha Clarke, Mark Clarke (Natalie) and Sandra Clarke-Harris (Ian); her grandchildren, Andre-Paul McPherson (Kristye), Tiann Harris, Tyrese Harris, Nicholas Clarke and Alyssa Clarke; her siblings, Monica Williams, John Williams, Bonnie Williams and Pauline Williams; her cousin Audrey Williams; and her niece Iyoka Williams.

Joyce dedicated her professional life to caring for those in need as a Certified Nursing Assistant at the City of Deerfield Beach Alzheimer's Center.
