It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Sue Cox of Deerfield Beach, Florida, who passed away on June 4, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry Mathews and Juanita Mathews; her husband Barry Cox; and her sons, Eric Cox and Dylan Cox.
She is survived by: her daughter Susanne; her granddaughter Skyler Remington; her son Glenn Miller (Lorie) of Louisville Kentucky, Her; her stepson Barry Cox, Jr.; her granddaughters, Ryanne, Leigha Miller, Adrienne and Courtney Cox; her siblings, Nita James of Louisville Kentucky and Chuck Mathews of Morristown Tennessee; and her siblings' children, Lisa Cottell, Greg James, Nicholas Mathews and Megan Mathews.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Zion Lutheran Church - 959 SE 6th Ave Deerfield Beach Florida in Honor of Marilyn Cox.
