He was predeceased by : his parents, J. D. Scarborough and Mildred Ray Scarborough Sr.; his sister Joyce Palm Leckner; his brother-in-law Dewayne Palm; his brothers, Jerry Scarborough and Russell Ray; and his sister-in-law Sandra Ray.

He is survived by : his sons, Michael Scarborough and Matthew Scarborough; his grandson Steele Scarborough; his former life partner Cindy Scarborough; his siblings, Debra Blackburn (Slim) and David Scarborough (Terri); and his sisters-in-law, Norma Jo Scarborough and Kay Scarborough. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many more family members and friends.

I recently texted him about his Georgia Bulldogs and he would always reply to me. I googled him and saw this page. My condolences to you call.
