He was predeceased by: his mother Nelrea Taylor Watts of Chipley, Florida.. He is survived by: his father George W. Watts, Jr.; his wife Gardis Cope Watts of DeFuniak Springs; his children, Heather Watts Hall (Jamie) of Paxton and Ben Watts, Jr. (Melissa) of Atlanta, Georgia.; his grandsons, Adam Hall, Will Hall, Caleb Watts and Ethan Watts; and his siblings, George W. Watts, III (Bonnie) of Darien and Sarah Watts (Sue Sharpe) of Panama City.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (216 Live Oak Ave W, Defuniak Springs, FL 32435). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Glenwood Cemetery (1429 Carmichael Dr, Chipley, FL 32428).
