He is survived by: his wife Jane Cox; his children, Shannon (David Stephens), Jason Shaw, Holly Carter, Paul (Cameron Shaw), Joy Poole and Camile (Dustin Burlison); his grandchildren, Austin Shaw (Carrie), Kaden Shaw, Ava Carter, Samuel, Brantley and Jewel Burlison; his sisters, Mary Jo Edwards and Evelyn Lowe; his cousin Frank (Norma Jean White); his nephews, Ricky Edwards, Jeffrey Scott Powell (Heather), Lance Youngblood (Courtney) and Dewayne Youngblood (Kathryn); his in-laws, Belinda Cottrill (Lew), Beverly Shaw, Fred Jones, Jimmy Jones (Pam) and Beth Jones; and his nieces, Michelle Streukens (Tony) and Lindsey Lawrence (Zack).
