He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alfice Glen Hewett and Ethel Mae Davis Hewett; his former wife Sheila Eyre; his son David Hewett; his great grandchildren, David Edwin Hewett (Lorraine), Lauralyn Hewett Cabanilla (David), Kiana, Liam and Joaquin; his children, Sierra and Marc (Lyndsey); his great grandchildren, Luna, Romy, Maple and Kimball Alan Hewett (Rochelle); and also, Jacob, Caleb, Enoch, Paige, Cliff (Gabriella), Wendy, William Topham, Sarah (Julian Castaneda), Senedy, Margaret, Anthony, Heather (Kyle Olsen), Marcella, Joseph, Eli, Faith, Angelina, Melinda Hewett Witham (Robert), Emma (Tanner), Hannah, Samuel, Sophie, Marianne Hewett Menon (Rajesh), Sheila, Sabina, Bianca, Rebekah Hewett Clifford (Patrick), Kai, Bo, Rowan, Hiram Hewett, Benjamin Marion Hewett (Janice), Kennedy, Daniel and Amelia. He was also cherished by his children, twenty-eight grandchildren.
