She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Olin, Sr. and Sylvia Belle Bowie Pickard; and her niece Justina "Tina" Pickard. She is survived by : her children, Windell Carnley (Jessica) of DeFuniak Springs, J. T and David Pickard of DeFuniak Springs; her grandchildren, Jagger Carnley, Jett Carnley and Renna Carnley; and her siblings, Tom Pickard, Jr. (Justina) of DeFuniak Springs, Elsie Watson (Donald) of Cumming and Ellen Pickard McLean (Randy) of DeFuniak Springs. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
