He is survived by: his siblings, Judy Leamon (Rod) and Dick Slack (Cherie); his sons, Tony Slack (Shannon), Justin Slack, Brandon Slack (Cece) and Jacob Slack; and his grandchildren, Emma Slack, Camden Slack, Elliott Slack and Charlie Slack.
