He is survived by : his children, Patricia Boehlert of Red Bay, Robert Joe Batson (Theresa) of Holly, Barbara Hynes of Fort Walton Beach and Michael Batson; his grandchildren, Nicholas Batson (Kristen), Christopher Boehlert (Adriana), Jason Haynes (Emi), Ashley Batson, Amanda Batson, Brandon Batson, Joe Don Batson, Austin Batson, Kaitlyn Batson, Jessica Batson, Luis Fereira, Lisa Fereira and Linda Fereira; and his brother Charles Batson (Teresa) of Crestview, Florida.. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
