Kathy Carroll Laird Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kathy Carroll Laird of Defuniak Springs, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 29, 2025 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Dearon T. Carroll; and her grandmother Daisy Holley. She is survived by: her mother Mary Holley Cartwright; her grandchildren, Athan, Lael, Ariel, Jeiel, Jay and Drake; her husband Ralph Laird; her children, Jessica Peterson (Adam) and Dylan Laird (Alex); her siblings, Jimmy Carroll, Cynthia Carroll and Stephanie Bailey (Mack); her mother-in-law Mary Laird; and her siblings-in-law, Linda Young (Stephen) and Everette Laird. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Clary-Glenn Funeral Home Chapel (230 Park Ave, Defuniak Springs, FL 32435). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
