He is survived by : his wife Linda Phillips of DeFuniak Springs, FL.; his children, John David Phillips of St. Marys, GA and Belinda Farmer (Chris) of DeFuniak Springs, FL.; his sister Sandra Wade (Michael) of Jacksonville, FL.; his grandchildren, Scott, Chelsea, Aleck, Leslie, John, Dakota, Holly, Hope and Kayla; and his great grandchildren, Blaine, Blaire, Carson, Leia and Oliana.
