He is survived by: his wife Shirley Busbee Bethke; his children, William Bethke (Margaret) and Cassie Howard (John); his grandchildren, Jesse Jernigan and Gavin Howard; his great grandchild Camree Jernigan; and his sister Diane Ragusa. He is also survived by extended family members, including numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
