She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Ida Sue McPhail and Warren Lindy Barfield; her stepfather Wallace "Tweety" Twiford; her brothers, Warren Mitchell "Mike" Barfield and Robert Dennis "Bob" Barfield; and her nephew Kevin Warren Glass.
She is survived by: her husband David Lee Padgett; her children, Parrish Renee Padgett (Jon Otero) and Justin David Padgett (Pattaraporn "Jay"); and her sister Lora Ann Glass (Glen).
The family kindly requests that in place of flowers, donations be made to the Walton County Animal Shelter in her honor.
