It is with sadness that the passing of Udon Nelson (Defuniak Springs, Florida) is shared. Udon, born on January 11, 1958 in Florala, Alabama, passed away on October 14, 2026. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Nelson and Shirley Nelson; and his siblings, Janice, Ricky and Paul Nelson.
He is survived by: his sister Sheala Andrews (Ricky); his children, Kym (Chris), Eric (Jessica) and Hannah (Michael); and his grandchildren, Bryson, Colton, Hunter, Tucker, Cameron, Bella, Paige, Emily, Elisha, John, Andrew and Kayden. He is also survived by two great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Baldwin Avenue Baptist Church (1618 Baldwin Ave, Defuniak Springs, FL 32435).
