He was predeceased by : his parents, Jimmie Wise and Nellie Nobles Wise. He is survived by : his wife Barbara A. Wise; his daughters, Jennifer Ricks (Charles), Teresa Fink (Darell), Sherry Hicks (Duane), Maranda Clark and Darlene Crum; his grandchildren, Conner Ricks (Sara), Meredith Davis (Wes), Aundi Brooks (Chaz), Aiden Hicks, Brandon Summerlin (Kelsea), Steven Glenn Crum and Ethan Tyler Crum; and his great grandchildren, Farrah Joy Davis, Stella Sloane Brooks and Kallie Summerlin.

A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM and at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home (2744 W Magnolia Ave, Geneva, AL 36340). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 4:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM. Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
