It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Ann Barr of Deland, Florida, who passed away on March 23, 2026, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Betty shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Betty farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Zello and Elizabeth Sapara; her boyfriend Lawrence Ervin Rigdon; and her siblings, Richard Zello, Mary Lou Popson and Dorothy Flanagan.
She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Barr (Bill); her brother George Zello Jr. (Patty); her niece Melanie Bright (Austin); her nephew Douglas Popson (Katie); and her son-in-law Joe Robertson. She is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
