Dorothea will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Though Dorothea is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Dorothea’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold F Johnston and Carrie Keyes Johnston. She is survived by: her husband John G. Talcott, III; and her children, Victoria Wormell (Robb), Alethea Parsons (Christopher), Rebecca Martin and Rosa Talcott.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John F. Tierney Funeral Home (219 W Center St, Manchester, CT 06040). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Trinity Covenant Church (302 Hackmatack St, Manchester, CT 06040). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Mount Hope Cemetery (104 Main St, Vernon, CT 06066).
