She was predeceased by: her husbands, Harold VanLandingham and Lucius King; her parents, Elmer Tison, and Laurell Tison, Sr.; and her siblings, Carolyn Clough and Elmer Tison, Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Suzan Harrington (Steve), Brenda Tenhagen (Leon), Wanda Cooper (late Victor), Gregory VanLandingham and Tison King; her grandchildren, Ron Tenhagen, Jeff, Greg Harrington, Ryan, Jared Cooper, Jennifer Lowry, Sarah Ames, Justin Doss and Lucius King II; her great grandchildren, Penny, Amos and Ezra Lowry; and her grandchildren, Jet, Julian Tenhagen, Madelyn and Olivia Harrington.
