It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gloria Arnetha Johnson (Deland, Florida), who passed away on October 18, 2025, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leola Johnson and Sylvester Johnson; and her siblings, Leonard McCray, Oscar Johnson, Joyce Johnson, Arnetha Jane McRae and Mary Ann Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Carlisle Johnson, Latoya Smith (Hanabal) and Lakisha Gilbert (Demond); and her siblings, Sylvester Johnson of DeLand, FL, Edna Mae Brown (Johnny) of Eustis, FL, Sandra McCrae of Pensacola, FL, Bernice Zimmeron and Theodoshia Johnson of DeLand, FL.. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, six great- grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Faith Life International Church (1500 E International Speedway Blvd, DeLand, FL 32724).
