He was predeceased by: his wife Beverley S Frederick; and his parents, Henry Frederick and Irene Frederick. He is survived by: his sisters, Jean Bourgeois, Mary and Margaret Frederick; his sister-in-law Shirley Tousley; and his children, Henry (Masami), Christopher (Donna), Lynne, Sara and John. He is also survived by five grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, several nieces & nephews and many friends.
