He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank, Sr. Cola and Katherine Cola; his wife Laura Ann Cola; and his children, Jack Michael Cola, Jr., Salvatore John Cola, Arthur Edward Cola and Pamela Ann Watson.

He is survived by: his children, Steven William Cola, Diane Roberts (Thomas) and Lori Stanfill (Daniel); and his sister Katie Catapano. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and multiple nieces and nephews.
