He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Facemyer and Hattie Facemyer; and his siblings, Helen Griffen, Ann Crouse, Mildred Counts, Wilma Ferguson, Anna Belle Clark, Selba Jean Watt, Esther O'Byrne and Larry Facemyer.
He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Facemyer; his children, Ken Facemyer (Pam Facemyer), Rod Facemyer (Stella Facemyer) and Kathy Anderson (Jim Anderson); his sister Shirley Lepley; his grandchildren, Evan Anderson, Rodney Facemyer, Cara Clay, Jared Facemyer and Riley Facemyer; and his great grandchildren, Lexi, Sydney, Addison, Charlotte and James.
