He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland F. Dillard and Goldie Phillips Dillard. He is survived by: his wife Nancy B. Dillard; his daughters, Mindy Mahieu and Alicia Bloemker (Mike); his brother Ronnie Dillard (Beverly); and his grandsons, Christopher Bloemker, Jacob Bloemker (Jordan) and Joseph Mahieu (Taylor). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
