Ng Jam Goon Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ng Jam Goon (Deland, Florida), who passed away on June 1, 2014, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Mr. Goon served in the US Army for 26 years serving in World War II, Korea, and Viet Nam. He, then was employed as a corrections officer in Georgia for 20 years before retiring in Columbus, Georgia. After residing in Columbus for over 40 years, he moved to Deland, Florida to live with his daughter and her husband.
He is survived by his wife, Aiko K. Goon, his son, Steven Goon, wife Margaret, son, Eric Kawamura, wife, Melony,, and his daughter, Shirley Ramsey, husband, Watson. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, Stacy Kawamura, Christina True-proffitt, Kathryn Ramsey, Julie Kosyreva, Robert Goon, and 5 great grandchildren. He will be greatly missed.
