She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Lewis and Shirley Lewis (Buczkowske); and her brother Ronald Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Amanda Nelson (Laine Matherne) of Cocoa Beach, FL and Kyle Gustafson (Emily) of Orlando, FL; and her sisters, Kathy Ellis, Dawn Hager, Amy Lewis and Darlene Lewis. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
