He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Brown and Peter Chmielnik; and his siblings, Julianne Delflore and Doug Chmielnik. He is survived by: his daughters, Lauren Lacourse (Zack) and Lindsey Willey (Mickey); his siblings, Debbie Chmielnik-Ferguson, Cindy Johnston, Donna Vescera and Daniel Chmielnik; and his grandchildren, Hazelanne, Sage, Skylar and Cabella. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
