He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve David and Bella David (Tetrault); his former wife Rose David (Shahenian); and his brother Richard David. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Achterhof; his children, Kristine Ferrar (Jamie) and Keith David (Karyn); and his grandchildren, Emily and David.
