She is survived by: her mother Alberta Jackson; her children, Ruby, Willie Pearl, Naomi, Mary Ann and Charles Jackson; her godchildren, Ta'Keya and Raheem Lane; her son Tobias Taylor; her brother Charles Jackson (Joan); her grandson Amir Taylor; her uncles, Charlie Brown (Delores) and Rev. James Brown, Sr. (Claretha); her aunt Lillie Mae Melton; and her close friend Sue Blackett. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and sorrowing friends.
