He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlin Mullins and Orpha Gilley Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Virginia M. Mullins; his daughters, Tammy L. Rockhold and Tonya L. Peacock; and his granddaughters, Chloe Rosario, DeAnna Frazee, Callie Eggelston, Rachel Rich and Priscilla Parrott. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
