He is survived by: his wife Barbara Leitstein; his sons, Michael Leitstein and Brian Leitstein; his daughter-in-law Wendy Leitstein; his grandchildren, Courtney Leitstein and Aaron Leitstein; his nephews, Jon Bernstein and Robert Bernstein; his grandsons, Kirby and Lincoln; and his stepfather Murray Leitstein.
