It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Laura Schottenfeld of Delray Beach, Florida, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on July 3, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Marc; her children, William Wiesenecker (Danielle) and Kristin Schuttemeyer (Dustin); and her great grandchildren, Jordan, Nicole, Tyler, Faith, Devon, Dillon, Lawton of Brooke, CJ, Kaylee, Zachary and Kaya.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you to consider donating in Carol's name to The American Cancer Society, St. Ambrose Church, St. Jude's Children's Hospital, or your favorite pet rescue.
