He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Magee and Mabel Magee; and his son Jeffrey Magee. He is survived by: his close friend Patricia Magee; his son Aaron Magee (Jada); his daughter-in-law Lena Magee; and his grandchildren, Brayden, Skylar, Alyssa and Colton.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Boynton Memorial Chapel (800 Boynton Beach Blvd, Boynton Beach, FL 33426). A burial will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 1:15 PM at the South Florida National Cemetery (6501 FL-7, Wellington, FL 33449).
