He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene E. Baker and Virginia T. Colegrove Baker of Weirton, WV.. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Nichols; his daughters, Jane Auty (Scott) and Kimberly Baker Carroll (Tom); his grandchildren, Ethan, Vanessa and Jacob; the mother of his children Jane Begley; his brother Charles Baker (Darlene); his nephew Todd; and his stepchildren, Jennifer, Stephanie and John.
