He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Saffer and Hy Saffer of Gowanda, NY; and his brother Jerry Saffer of Baltimore, Maryland.. He is survived by: his wife Beth; and his grandson Carson Hall Saffer. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
