He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Manuel Cabral and Palmeda Cabral (Soares Oliveira); his wife Anne Duffy; his sisters, Linda Baldaia (John) and Loraine Bernstein; his nieces, Denise, Michelle, Carol, Caitlin and Elizabeth; and his nephew Matthew.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Heffern-O'Neill Funeral Home (220 Cottage St., Pawtucket, RI 02860).
