She was predeceased by: her husband Robert. She is survived by: her children, Warren Kaplan (Ada), Carol Booth and Janis Veller (Richard); her grandchildren, Anna D'Blasi (John), Jenny Kandell (Brett), Lesly Cardec (Raul), Ivan Baer (Gwenn), George Kaplan, Arthur Kaplan and Tammy Aamodt (Jay); and her great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Jett, Syvie, Blake, Cory, Livvie, Ella, Aiden, Lillian, Julia, Isabella, Timothy and Nicholas.
Those wishing to honor Dorothy's memory with a memorial contribution are asked to consider St. Jude Childrens Hospital.
