Eleanor Harriet Roland Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eleanor Harriet Roland (Delray Beach, Florida), who passed away on August 14, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Anderson Hakkerup and Harry J. Hakkerup; her spouse Thomas M. Roland, Sr.; and her sister Constance E. Friedrich (Carl R. Friedrich, Sr.). She is survived by: her children, Thomas M. Roland, Jr., Mary T. Roland, Jean E. Callaghan, Kathleen A. Roland-Rivera and Constance F. Roland (Craig J. Costanzo); her grandchildren, Catherine E. Callaghan, Brian D. Callaghan, Thomas L. Roland, Nicholas P. Roland, Matthew C. Costanzo and Jack R. Costanzo; and her brother Bruno F. Org. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lorne and Sons Funeral Home (745 NE 6th Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33483). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, August 27th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Vincent Ferrer Church (840 George Bush Blvd, Delray Beach, FL 33483). A burial will be held on Wednesday, August 27th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the South Florida National Cemetery (6501 S State Rd 7, Lake Worth, FL 33449).
