Emhof (Janet), Daniel Emhof (Cathy), Ann Thompson (Douglas) and Dawn Lyon (Eric); her grandchildren, Hannah Lyon, Mikey Emhof, Jenny Yeager (Matt), Haley Emhof, Danielle Emhof, Nicholas Lyon, Kyle Thompson and Ronnie Emhof; and her brother Thomas Twomey (Sal).

Donations may be made in Hannah's memory to Hospice of St. Lawrence County.
