Jacob Rosensweig Obituary

He was predeceased by: his wife Mindy Rosensweig; his sisters, Annie Estis (late Harold), Alice Popkin (late Harold) and Frances Rockman (late Abe); his parents, Libbie Rosensweig and Sam Rosensweig; and his nieces and nephews, Ronald Estis, David, Cheryl, Gerald Rockman, Cathy, Noreen, Darren Popkin, Rhonda and Ellen Madoff.
He is survived by: his children, Beth Steinberg (Jeff), Franceen Kahng (Leo) and Judy Kapiloff (Michael); his grandchildren, Marissa Weiss (Max), Jay Steinberg (Chloe), Rebecca and Hannah Kapiloff; his great grandchildren, Eli, Naomi Weiss, Georgia and Wynn Steinberg; his sister Elaine Madoff (late Fred); his nephew Dennis; his niece Joan; and his caregivers, Edna Xavier, Ester Wacasey and Michelle Rimboeck. He is also survived by nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and friends.
A shiva was held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and on Tuesday, June 10th 2025. A funeral service was held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chevra Shaas Congregation Cemetery.
