She was predeceased by: her parents, William Forsythe and Martha Forsythe; her grandson Ian Holbrook; her son-in-law Thomas Beshures; and her brothers-in-law, Russell Sena and John Blodgett.
She is survived by: her husband G. Fredrick Holbrook; her daughter Sue Beshures (Joe Seinoski) of Oswego; her siblings, Doug Forsythe (Joanne), Sue Sena and Thomas Holbrook (Sandra); her sister-in-law Anne Blodgett; and her grandchildren, Brooks Beshures (Sandi) and Brittni Morrison (Jason). She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
