He is survived by: his wife Sandra DeBellis Hooper; his sons, Joseph Larry Hooper Jr. (Renee) and Brian Geren Hooper (April); his granddaughter Isabella Hooper; and his sister Judy Hooper Chandler (Bill). He is also survived by several cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
