He is survived by: his wife Holly; his sons, Evan Miller, Jason Miller (Rebecca), Philip Rosen (Gayle) and Scott Rosen (Marcela); his grandchildren, Andrew Miller, Audrey Miller, Olivia Rosen, Benjamin Rosen and Cora Rosen; and his brother Harvey Miller (Wendy).
