He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis Restivo. He is survived by: his children, Matthew Restivo and Lara Restivo Gavel; his grandchildren, Katy Restivo Lewis, Anna Restivo, MJ Restivo, Thomas Gavel and Kenna Gavel; and his great grandchildren, Kyla, Kelsi, Kane, Kennedy and Kannon Lewis. He is also survived by his children, five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
